Terms of Service

The service

Apex provides tools for motorsports clubs to run a website, manage events and contacts, send email, publish to social media and use AI-assisted content features. We may add, change or remove features over time, and will give reasonable notice before removing anything you pay for.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• The person who creates a club's account confirms they are authorized to act for that club.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including by people you invite.

Your content

You own the content you put into Apex. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including publishing it to websites, email recipients and social accounts you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for reviewing AI-generated text and images before you publish them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Apex to:

• send spam or email people who have not agreed to hear from your club;
• publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing content;
• break the rules of platforms you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where practical.

Connected services

When you connect a third-party account such as a Facebook Page, you authorize Apex to act on it only as needed to carry out what you ask, such as publishing a post you approved. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes they make. You can disconnect at any time.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Plans include monthly allowances (for example AI actions and emails); unused allowances don't roll over. You can cancel at any time, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After closure you can ask us to export your data within 30 days; after that we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Apex is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date; significant changes will be emailed to account owners in advance. Questions: sales@wirings.io.
