Disconnect Facebook from Apex

Either of these removes Apex's access and deletes the stored Page access token:

• In the Apex dashboard, go to Setup → Connectors and click Disconnect next to Facebook.
• In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select Apex and click Remove.

Posts already published to your Page stay on Facebook; delete them from your Page if you want them gone.

Delete all of your data

Email sales@wirings.io from the address on your Apex account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us whether you want your personal account deleted or your whole club's account. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days, including the Facebook user ID, Page information and tokens we received when you connected.

We may keep a minimal record of billing transactions where the law requires it.

Club members and newsletter contacts

To stop receiving a club's emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To have your details removed completely, ask the club directly, or email us and we will pass the request to the club and confirm when it's done.
