Most clubs run on a stack that a volunteer set up years ago and nobody fully owns. Apex does each of those jobs, and they talk to each other.
Set up once. Then it mostly runs itself.
Import members and the calendar
Connect MotorsportReg and drop in your SCCA membership export. Nothing gets retyped.

By people who have run regions, survived volunteer turnover and chased sponsor renewals. Every feature exists because a club secretary asked for it.

Questions club secretaries ask.
Will this really replace Mailchimp, Squarespace and Eventbrite?
Yes for the website, email and event listings, and probably Canva and the Google Drive sponsor folder too. Registration and payment for events stays on MotorsportReg; Apex pulls those events in and promotes them.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. If you can write an email, you can run Apex. Setup is a five-step wizard, the editor shows a live preview, and domains and DNS are handled inside the dashboard.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays yours. Members and contacts export as CSV at any time, and a domain registered through Apex can be transferred out. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
How does the MotorsportReg sync work?
Sign in with your MotorsportReg account once. Apex lists every club you belong to; pick which ones to pull members and events from, and they stay current on a schedule.
Can several officers use it?
Yes. Each officer gets their own login with a role: admin, editor or viewer. The Treasurer can manage members without seeing the Webmaster's site edits, and nobody shares a password.
Will our emails land in inboxes?
Apex sends through Amazon SES from an address on your club's subdomain that is already authenticated, with one-click unsubscribe and bounce handling. On Growth and Pro you can send from your own domain.
Is there a setup fee or migration cost?
No setup fee. Importers cover WordPress, any existing site by page, and SCCA membership and license exports. If you'd rather we set the club up, ask us and we'll do it within a business day.
What's the Sponsor Marketplace?
Sponsors find your club in the marketplace and buy packages from you directly through Stripe. The money lands in your bank, not ours; Apex takes a 1% fee that the sponsor's payment covers.
Your club, off the spreadsheet by Sunday.
